Applications:
Widely used for dinking water dewatering, irrigation water dewatering, geothermal well dewatering, mining pits dewatering etc.

TPU hose is highly recommended when groundwater extraction is required, as it has inherent advantages over hard plastic or steel pipes in the following situations:
The groundwater is very deep (e.g., deeper than 60 metres).
The groundwater is saline or acidic
Borehole sizes are greater than 3 in. High maintenance costs
End users want to save money in the long run
In addition, TPU hoses lay flat, can be coiled, are long (up to 400 metres or more in a single length) and, because of the encapsulated re-moulded material used in their outer sheaths, maintain high pressures and high tensile strength. This means that installing a submersible pump with a hose is easier than with any other type of rigid hose, as there are no additional couplings required - the submersible pump can be lifted straight to the bottom of the well by using a special coupling to connect the submersible pump to the hose at the side of the well.
